"It’s time for the unvarnished truth about dealing with Jamie Barger & State Farm. I had a simple windshield claim. State Farm pushed Safelite, who installed non-OEM glass that broke my heads-up display. I called Jamie, who pretended to care and kept saying “they” were working on it, only to follow up with gaslighting, finger-pointing, and blame-shifting. After three weeks and countless calls to both State Farm and Safelite, nothing got fixed.

Now imagine your house burns down or gets struck by lightning. I’m guessing they won’t be a good neighbor then either."
