"Great agent just expensive no way I should be paying more than hundred dollars for liability when the same agent which there’s an close friend only paying 70 for comprehensive kinda don’t get it tbh"

Regarding pricing, it’s helpful to know that today’s auto insurance rates are calculated using advanced rating models that consider hundreds of data points—such as driver history, vehicle details, location, coverages, and other underwriting factors. Because of the number of variables involved, two customers would need to have virtually identical information across all of these factors to receive the same premium. For that reason, comparing one customer’s rate to another’s—even a close friend’s—generally isn’t an accurate comparison. My understanding was that we were able to offer you a lower premium than your previous carrier, and I consider that a win. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to working with you."

"I have roadside assistance coverage through my State Farm insurance. In the February snow storm, my car slid off the pavement. I had to be towed out. I went to the office and gave Melissa my receipt. Within minutes, I had a check in my hand for the full balance of my expense. When I call with questions. Jamie and Melissa are always friendly and helpful."

"My insurance company were not being to helpful even complained that I had brought My walker on there floor, I couldn’t believe they were even saying it to me! So I had two claims on a homeowners insurance I had been with for 50 years, now they were ready to cancel my home owners insurance, my friend recommended State Farm that her and her son had insurance through, that were so nice and easy to talk to and saved me money! I was so worried about all of it! I was so impressed with them I just bundled cars and homeowners with state farm and saved more. My friend got a gift card for referring me to them. "It’s time for the unvarnished truth about dealing with Jamie Barger & State Farm. I had a simple windshield claim. State Farm pushed Safelite, who installed non-OEM glass that broke my heads-up display. I called Jamie, who pretended to care and kept saying “they” were working on it, only to follow up with gaslighting, finger-pointing, and blame-shifting. After three weeks and countless calls to both State Farm and Safelite, nothing got fixed. Now imagine your house burns down or gets struck by lightning. I’m guessing they won’t be a good neighbor then either."

"Your claim was filed on 10/6 and repaired by 10/11, though the wrong glass was installed. Because your vehicle has a heads-up display, OEM glass was required. Throughout numerous interactions, we followed protocol to coordinate with our glass vendor. Ordering and installing the correct OEM glass proved challenging, and I acknowledge the process was frustrating and longer than it should have been. We never ignored you or stopped pursuing a resolution. Our last update from the vendor on 10/23 confirmed the glass was on order and they were contacting you to schedule installation—though it seems communication fell short afterward. I have since escalated this with vendor management again today upon receiving this review as you did not contact the office directly. Please know we care deeply about our customers. Your case highlighted areas where we must improve vendor communication and claim handling to prevent this type of delay in the future. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. Over thousands of glass claims, issues like this are very rare, and yours has been an important learning opportunity for us. Please refrain from disparaging my entire profession with comments concerning serious homeowners claims. State Farm has assisted countless people through such catastrophes and will continue to do so. While your dissatisfaction with your experience is understandable, broad, callous generalizations about people and their professions reflect a lack of empathy and understanding. "

"It has been amazing working with Annessia with Jamie Barger. She was more caring and helpful than insurance I have been with for over 4 years. She work extremely hard to get my rate as low as possible which by the way was about 100 less with 1 more car than currently.
